Todd W. Bracey’s business experience is a combination of executive leadership, operations, finance, innovation and entrepreneurship in the real estate management and facilities services industry.

Mr. Bracey began his career in real estate, property management and building operations in 1985 with a private real estate owner/operator in Southern California. He has held senior and business line leadership positions at CB Richard Ellis, EMCOR Group and Insignia/ESG with national responsibility for property operations. He has held financial and managerial responsibility for entities with annual revenues greater than $140 million and more than 1500 employees.

He has broad and deep experience with retail, office, industrial and multi-family property, and has worked for institutional and private clients as a third party manager and as an agent for corporate occupiers. Mr. Bracey served on the board of directors of SiteStuff, Inc. (an e-procurement platform for commercial real estate) during early adoption phase through late majority and sale. He has expertise in the areas of real estate operations & maintenance, capital improvement, project management, service contracting, energy performance and sustainability. Todd is responsible for financial analytics, project management and service delivery at Clarion.

Todd earned his B.A. with emphasis in Corporate Finance from Arizona State University and his MBA from UCLA. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
