Barry D. Morton joined Clarion Consulting in 1998 as a partner, having successfully performed similar property resolutions beginning in 1995 for a major national retailer.   
Barry has successfully resolved scores of difficult issues generating financial as well as operational benefits for national retailers in over 30 states.

Mr. Morton’s business career began as an Economist for Bank of America developing and writing economic forecasts.  His focus soon moved to commercial real estate representing ownership for office and industrial parks in the Midwest, and managing multiple development projects in Florida. 

Over the years, Barry has directed various real estate projects including market research and feasibility studies, large tract assemblies, store site selection, lease and purchase negotiations, dispositions, entitlements, contractor selection and bidding process, leasehold restructuring and repositioning properties.  He has represented at different times, both users and owners of real estate. 

Barry graduated from Ripon College in Wisconsin with a double major in Economics and Philosophy.  Post-graduate work included a focus on Marketing at California State University, Los Angeles.
