James S. Clark is a partner with Clarion Consulting, joining the firm in 2003. For over 20 years, from 1982, he represented corporate users of real estate in all facets of their portfolios. His primary responsibility was developing and servicing Fortune 1000 corporate accounts on a national basis. He served as one of the Corporate Services Directors for Cushman Realty Corporation and before that with Rubloff & Co. in Chicago. Jim was also a director of real estate investments for a privately held partnership.
At Clarion, Jim works closely with the firm’s retail clients to create and implement strategic and project-specific plans within their existing store base. Jim has been instrumental in developing and refining Clarion’s financial analysis programs in addition to handling over 100 client assignments. He has completed real estate projects in more than 30 states and the District of Columbia during his career.
Jim graduated with distinction from Southern Methodist University, with departmental honors in History and obtained his law degree from The Tulane University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney.
